Celina Jaitley was Jiya in Simla, India 9th June 1981 to Punjabi-speaking Indian Army Colonel VK Jaitley and Meeta born, an Afghan beauty queen-cum-psychologist specializing in children's issues. Celina has a brother in the Indian army.
